• Please arrive on time to your allocated appointment, please call your the salon if you are going to be late.
  • All appointments must be booked online or a non-refundable upfront fee of 50% is payable at the time of booking.
  • We operate a 24hr cancellation policy, appointments that are cancelled less than 24hrs will result in loss of upfront fee or charged at 50% through our online booking.
  • ‘No-show’ appointments will be charged at 100% through our online booking, or the remaining 50% is payable before booking your next appointment.
  • Appointments can be re-arranged 24hours prior via the ‘TGNB’ mobile app or through our website booking page.
  • If you need to cancel your appointment before 24hrs please contact the salon via telephone, or if we are closed, email or social media. Upfront fees will be kept on your account for you to use again. 
  • Extreme appointment amendments will be charged at 50% if less than 24hrs notice is given.
  • Well behaved children welcome at in our nail service areas, please be mindful of other clients and bear in mind that we are a busy salon with chemicals and electrical equipment. 
  • Please let your therapist know of any appropriate medical information, health changes or allergies before your appointment, or anything you feel we need to be made aware of. Your appointment/service may have to be altered. This includes diabetes, low blood pressure, pregnancy or recent injuries/operations.
  • We accept cash or card payments, with the exception of AMEX.
  • Training appointments incur an upfront fee of 100%. The amount paid is refunded in the form of a voucher for the salon after the model appointment has taken place. These are valid for 3 months. These upfront fees are non-transferrable.
  • Vouchers have a 6month usage period, these can be extended by one month at the directors discretion, with the exception of raffle prize vouchers.
  • TreatCards can only be used on allocated services, points are non transferrable and have no monetary value. If you forget your TreatCard, please keep your receipt and we can add points at your next appointment. 
  • All information we collect or receive from you is confidential and kept on our electronic booking system. Information is held for 3 years from the last update. 
  • We give all clients the option to opt in or out from our monthly email updates and special offers, if you wish to opt out please click the link at the bottom of any marketing email from us, or call your nearest salon location.
  • Patch testing is required for Lash & Brow Tinting, Lash Lifting, and Brow Lamination. You must have a patch test a minimum of 24hrs prior to your booking. Lash Extension service patch testing is optional, but require a consultation to be booked a minimum of 24hrs prior to full set appointment.
  • Products may be returned if they are sealed/unopened/unused and in the original condition in which they have been purchased in. This does not affect your statutory rights. 
  • Prices are subject to change, we will always inform our clients through social media and marketing emails regarding price changes with adequate notice.
